Ho-Chunk Casino in Wisconsin Dells

We spent Tuesday with my family by visiting Wisconsin Dells. Primary goal: Hit the Ho-Chunk casino and win big money. Mission outcome: Casino took most of our money, save for my mom, who ran in to "use the bathroom," then plugged in $4 to a nickel-slot machine and won 1300 nickels (around $65).

Mom shows off her winnings.

We ate lunch at Pedros Mexican Restaurant in the Dells.

Macarey (my brother's wife) proves she's "hot stuff" - w000000t!!

...but John's too busy with more important things to notice.

After we left Wisconsin Dells, we stopped by my parents house, and my old dog, Bucky was there. My parents adopted him after I moved into an apartment that didn't allow pets. That was about 7 years ago, and while I'd love to have him with us in Arkansas, my dad doesn't think that would be "such a good idea." :-)

Bucky's such a good dog.

From there, we drove in to Madison to see John and Macarey's new house (along with their new cats).

Say hello to Kit and Snickers.

Sitting around in John and Macarey's living room.

We ordered our very favorite pizza, Pavlov's Pizza (complete with beer nuggets and deep dish pepperoni pizza), worked on John's computer and hung around shooting the bull. We left for home around 11:30pm.

The next day, we drove in to Milwaukee to help Amy's sister acquire (that's a story by itself) and put together a new kitchen table. We ate dinner at The Cheesecake Factory, then went to Kelly's to put together the table and chairs.

Here's me, wrestling with one of the chairs.

The finished product.

Kelly's happy.

Tonight, we're heading back to my parents house, where I'm going to make dinner for everyone. Should be fun!
